Oceanside 3D Prints, LLC produces and sells products manufactured using 3D printing technology. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety information and disclaimers.


1.3D Printed Product Characteristics

Our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology with thermoplastic materials, such as PLA and similar plastics.

Due to the nature of 3D printing:

  • Layer lines may be visible
  • Minor imperfections may occur
  • Products may not be as strong as injection-molded plastics
  • Items may break under pressure, bending, or impact

These characteristics are normal and are not considered product defects.

2.Choking Hazard Warning

Some products sold by Oceanside 3D Prints, LLC contain small parts or detachable components.

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — Small Parts

Products may pose a choking hazard and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Children should only use products under adult supervision.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their child.

3.Sharp Edges and Breakage

3D printed plastic items may develop sharp edges if broken or damaged.

Products should be inspected before use.

If a product becomes:

  • Broken
  • Cracked
  • Damaged
  • Warped

Discontinue use immediately.

Oceanside 3D Prints, LLC is not responsible for injuries resulting from damaged or modified products.

4.Adult Supervision

Products intended for children should always be used under adult supervision.

Parents and guardians assume full responsibility for monitoring the safe use of products.

5.Not a Safety-Certified Toy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, products sold by Oceanside 3D Prints, LLC:

  • Are novelty items or hobby products
  • Are not certified safety-tested toys
  • Have not been tested under toy safety standards such as ASTM F963

Customers should evaluate whether a product is appropriate for its intended user.

6.Heat Sensitivity

Many 3D printed plastics, including PLA, may soften or deform when exposed to heat.

Products should not be exposed to:

  • High temperatures
  • Direct sunlight for extended periods
  • Hot vehicles
  • Dishwashers
  • Ovens or microwaves

Heat exposure may cause products to warp or lose structural integrity.

7.Not Food Safe

Unless specifically labeled otherwise, 3D printed items are not food safe.

Products should not be used for food preparation, food storage, or contact with consumable items.

8.Intended Use

Our products are intended for:

  • Recreational use
  • Display
  • Collecting
  • Hobby enjoyment

Products are not designed for heavy-duty use, climbing, weight bearing, or mechanical applications.

9.Product Modifications

Customers who modify, paint, alter, or repair products do so at their own risk.

Oceanside 3D Prints, LLC is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from altered products.

10.Assumption of Risk

By purchasing or using products from Oceanside 3D Prints, LLC, you acknowledge that:

  • Products are made from plastic materials
  • Items may break under certain conditions
  • Some items contain small parts

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the products.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oceanside 3D Prints, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Misuse of products
  • Failure to supervise children
  • Product breakage
  • Use of damaged items
