Because items are 3D printed, minor variations, layer lines, and imperfections may occur and are considered normal characteristics of the manufacturing process.

Billing

By enrolling in a subscription service you agree to recurring billing.

Subscription charges will be billed:

• Quarterly
• Or according to the plan selected at checkout

Billing will occur automatically using the payment method provided.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by:

Cancellations must occur before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.

Once a subscription box has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping

Because items are produced using plastic 3D printing processes:

• Damaged or broken parts may produce sharp edges

Users should inspect items before each use.

If a product becomes damaged or develops sharp edges, discontinue use immediately.

Children should always be supervised by an adult when using our products.

Parents and guardians accept full responsibility for determining whether products are appropriate for their child.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oceanside 3D Prints, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from:

• Improper handling of plastic materials
• Failure to supervise children
• Breakage or modification of products

All products are used at the customer's own risk.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that 3D printed items are manufactured plastics that may break or contain small parts, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use.

Due to the nature of custom and printed products:

• All sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or defective.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Approved replacements will be shipped at our discretion.

All designs, files, models, and products sold by Oceanside 3D Prints, LLC are protected by intellectual property laws.

Customers may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Resell digital files
• Manufacture our designs

Customers may modify or alter products at their own risk.

Oceanside 3D Prints, LLC is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by altered products.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate.

However, because items are 3D printed, colors, textures, and details may vary slightly from photos.
